There are lots of public resources available to fund research and innovation project.  Here is an incomplete overview.

The Danish Agency for Science, Technology and Innovation is an institution under the Danish Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation.  They have published ‘Innovation Denmark’, a action plan listing all the initatives to promote innovation from 2007 to 2010. You can download the Innovation Denmark Summary or the Innovation Denmark Publication.

The Danish National Advanced Technology Foundation supports Danish research and innovation.  You can read here about how to get funding for high tech projects in 2009.

The Danish Council for Independent Research funds specific research activities.  They have published “From Idea to Knowledge” which explains how to apply for funds.
